The Dumbsteppaz are a Los Angeles based Dubstep Dj and Production collective that began releasing tunes in 2008. Their first release "Princess Gone Dub" on Hum Fi Dub Recordings gained worldwide support from Dj's such as Borgore, 6Blocc, as well as from Jah Mason himself.
Members, Nazty, Gzuz and G Money continue producing remixes and original tunes that are getting cons...istant paly on dubstep radioshows, podcasts and dj mixes; and have shared line-ups with Dj's Rusko, Nero, Craze, 6Blocc, Mark Instinct, 12th Planet, Ultrablack and many others. Their signature style of crunk-wobblin' dancefloor bangers and hip-hop remixes leave the crowd always wanting more.
MK Ultra is regarded as one of San Diego's original pioneers of the drum and bass scene and a representative of the world famous Bulletproof Sessions established in 1996. 14 years of international dedication to the world wide underground as a dj has lead to a very explosive career. Now pushing drum and bass as well as a new weapon from the quiver known as Dubstep, MK Ultra is doing it all over again. From Los Angeles to Japan, Philly to Puerto Rico, Miami to France, MK Ultra can be found across the map pushing the filthiest and most innovative sounds of dubstep alongside some of the worlds finest producers and DJ's. Current affiliations include Sub Chamber Recordings, Special Technique, Drumz Clothing and Bulletproof Sessions. Now a Co-Host and Dubstep Rep for West Coast Pressure Radio (broadcast live 5-7pm PT every Wednesday on www.dnbtv.com) he continues to educate as well as astonish human kind on air and on the streets, pushing the sounds of the future to the limit. "DJ BLANG has been riding the decks for almost 10years now and 5years professionally. He found his passion for electronic music back in 1996 in the LA underground scene.
His mixing skills are intelligent, creative, and skillful; with his acute way of transitioning tracks and dropping big beats. His techniques in scratching, mixing and utilizing EQs and EFX filters enhances BLANGs style on the decks and shows in his performances. He Manipulates anywhere and anyway he can and continues to freshen up his sound, style, and the way he lookes at music as a whole! BLANG creates MAD- energy behind the decks as he relentlessly moves and brocks out as much as the people on the dancefloor!!
With his new endevour in recent 2010, BLANG is the founder of a newly stateside-based record label called: BELL RINGER RECORDS: that features local stateside producers and has solid releases in both dnb/dubstep every month. With running a fullscale digital label and djing continueously he has become a force, that doesnt plan on stopping anytime soon!
